The County of San Diego Board of Supervisors on May 4, 2021 will be voting on a new ordinance which will greatly restrict housing providers’ rights to their property. If this new ordinance passes it will far exceed the restrictions placed by the State of California and it will further restrict your rights to remove problem tenants from your property. Please contact your representative below to voice your opinion on this matter and if possible watch/participate in the public hearing on May 4, 2021.
